Online IGCSEs & A-Level Courses
Studying
If you are looking to get an IGCSE or international A-level qualification, you can sign up with us to prepare for the exams across either one or two years. Some GCSE curricula can be studied online in one year (e.g. business studies). Some key subjects, such as maths, have more extensive curricula, so they will normally be studied online over 2 years, but we also offer intensive 1-year online courses that require more hours per week.
Exams
Students' actual exams will be sat at an exam centre local to them. Online exams have also recently been introduced for a limited number of subjects, meaning some exams can be sat from home. As an online school, we cannot provide an exam centre, as this would be impractical for students to access. Students will instead sit their exams through an external exam centre local to them. We have no control over exam fees as this will be disclosed by their chosen centre.
How many subjects should I take?
Students usually study between 8 and 10 GCSEs, with our online school offering full-time packages including up to 9 subjects. However, there is no set number of subjects required to be studied, as students have full control over the subjects they choose and are able to study part-time should they prefer. We have a wide selection of international GCSE subjects to choose from for both the Edexcel and Cambridge exam boards.

In sixth form, students typically choose 3 A-levels to study if they are looking to learn full-time. An additional 4th subject can also be added for those looking to get into university after finishing their education with us. As mentioned previously, there is no set number of subjects required to study, and students can choose whichever subjects they would like. We offer a variety of international AS and A-level courses for the Edexcel and Cambridge exam boards.
